The Form Unfolding : Teabag sculpture was developed for a group exhibition following the theme of Form Unfolding.  Through close observation and deconstruction of a  ‘prism’ teabag, I identified a sequence of geometric forms — from triangle to square to rectangle. The slight overlap in the final seam creates a prism-like structure.  There is much more to the form of a teabag that is embedded in colonialisation.  The incorporation of the colonial embroidery stitch is a subtle nod to that dark and bloody period in history.
